Scott Pugliese is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney that’s represented clients before state and federal courts, administrative bodies, and arbitrators to successfully resolve a broad spectrum of commercial, contract, civil, and creditor rights issues. Scott also collaborates with clients to draft, review, and analyze a wide range of contracts to minimize risk and explain options available to meet business objectives.

Prior to joining Vandeveer Garzia, Scott was in-house counsel for one of the world’s largest private companies where he was responsible for managing and directing all levels of civil and commercial litigation. Scott also identified the potential for future risks in non-litigation matters as well, including contract negotiations and drafting.

Scott previously served as a federal judicial law clerk for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
