Mitchell D. Myers is a Partner at Vandeveer Garzia. He specializes in auto negligence, real property loss, insurance coverage and indemnity, municipal, premises, insurance fraud, and general civil litigation. Prior to joining Vandeveer Garzia, Mitchell was a managing litigation attorney for a prominent No-Fault Insurer in the State of Michigan.

Mitchell is also a member of the Detroit Bar Association. He has testified before the Michigan House Insurance Committee, and has worked closely with the Michigan Legislature after the 2019 No-Fault Reform. He is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School where he focused his studies on civil litigation. Outside of practice, Mitchell is a semi-professional golfer and avid fisherman.
