Clare Sawicki is an Associate Attorney with Vandeveer Garzia specializing in the areas of first- and third-party automobile negligence, premises liability, and general negligence litigation. Before joining Vandeveer Garzia, Clare worked for several years as in-house counsel representing insurance companies and third-party defendants in No-Fault litigation. After receiving her law degree, Clare had the privilege of serving as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Mark A. Randon of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

While in law school, Clare had the honor of being selected as a Detroit Mercy Law Fellow and had the privilege of representing defendants as a student attorney through the Criminal Trial Clinic. Clare earned several Book Awards in recognition of her academic achievements including in the areas of Contracts, Criminal Law, Sales, Medical Malpractice, European Community Law, French Law, Access to Justice, and Bankruptcy.
