David J. Braxton is an Associate Attorney at Vandeveer Garzia. His practice is focused on the areas of auto negligence, workers’ compensation, and general liability defense. Prior to joining the firm, David operated his own law practice, representing clients in civil litigation, and contested probate disputes. His background includes extensive case investigation, motion practice, and client advocacy across a wide range of legal matters. David earned his J.D. from Western Michigan Thomas M. Cooley Law School and was sworn into practice by his father, Chief Judge David Braxton.
