Nachiket Sarvaiya is an Associate Attorney at Vandeveer Garzia, where his practice focuses on civil litigation and insurance defense matters. Mr. Sarvaiya earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a minor in Philosophy from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) in 2022. He completed his legal education from both the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2025, where he earned both an American and Canadian J.D. He was actively involved in student leadership and advocacy throughout his academic career. During law school, he gained experience through various moot competitions and clinician roles on both sides of the border, involving complex litigation matters and courtroom procedure. He gained experience as a Teaching Assistant for the Detroit Mercy Veterans Law Clinic. Prior to joining Vandeveer Garzia, Nachiket gained experience as a Law Clerk and Associate Attorney in a corporate setting for U.S. Immigration law.
