Mr. Kawinski began his legal career practicing primarily auto negligence and PIP. He has also served at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s office before returning to personal injury, gaining a deeper experience representing clients in various automobile cases under Michigan No-Fault Law. Mr. Kawinski also has experience with premises liability law. Now he will be bringing his passion and dedication to Vandeveer Garzia. In law school, Mr. Kawinski was actively involved with Mock Trials. In his first year of law school, he competed and served on the Mock Trial board for a full year.
