ASHLEY A. SLAGHT is a Partner at Vandeveer Garzia. She focuses her practice on defense litigation in the areas of first and third-party automobile negligence, premises liability, and general negligence. Ashley has no-fault trial experience, including trial to no-cause jury verdict.

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Oakland University, graduating with honors and her juris doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While attending law school, Ashley received an academic honors scholarship and earned several Book Awards for her academic performance. In addition, Ashley served as a team member of the National Mock Trial Team. Ashley supplemented her classroom education with a judicial internship in the Genesee County Circuit Court for the Hon. Joseph J. Farah. Ashley also participated in the Oakland County Bar Association’s Inns of Court program.
